Context :
The confectioner is
responsible for the preparation of the desserts according to the
technical sheets and the instructions of its head chef.
As a Patissier, you are in charge of:
• Setting up the dessert of the day;
• Follow-up of technical data sheets for the preparation of desserts;
• Participate in the preparation of the dessert menu with the chef;
• Evaluate the time required for each phase of manufacturing;
• Optimize the time of least activity (preparations that can be manufactured in advance);
• Observe hygiene standards according to the company's current procedures.
Required profile :
• Baccalauréat or higher with compulsory training in pastry, ideally in a training center or similar;
• Professional experience of 3 years ideally in a Pastry.
Personal qualities :
• Ability to adapt to business flows;
• Sense of organization ;
• Team spirit ;
• Persevering;
• Artist.
Qualification : Secondary Schools(A levels)
